  • Mail-in registrations postmarked after February 22, 2010 will be treated as on-site registration. 
  • Complete a registration form for each person. If additional registration forms are needed, you can copy this registration form and submit one for each person. 
  • Purchase Orders & Scholarship vouchers must be pre-approved by COC-OAEYC.    
  • Conference fees are non-refundable, but transferable the day of the conference.
  • Include a check payable to: COC-OAEYC. (Must be postmarked by 2/22/10)

COCC College Credit Option

Conference attendees may pay an additional fee for college credit through COCC. Credit-seeking students are encouraged to sign up prior to the conference for the credit option through COCC. In order to receive a college credit for conference attendance, attendees must complete a COCC application and pay a one-time $25 application. First time students at COCC requesting credit for the conference do not need to complete testing requirements at this time; however, students must meet this requirement before subsequent classes at the College. For new, in-district students seeking the 1-credit option for the conference, total cost for the conference is conference fee + $25 application fee + credit/student fee of $69.75. Attendees may not sign up for credit option after the conference.  We encourage you to apply to COCC prior to the conference; however, admissions staff will be available to help with on-site applications/registrations on March 5th.
